The Budapest University of Technology and Economics (University) is committed to the lawful processing of personal data. In addition to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (Privacy Act), data processing at the University and the exercise of data subjects’ rights are primarily governed by the University’s Data Protection Code and the individual data processing notices.
